Mission

To represent and protect the restaurants' community interests with all
concerned governmental authorities.

To define tourism strategies with the Ministry of Tourism.

To provide restaurants with the necessary legal, financial, technical and
administrative counselling.

To lobby for new and modern laws in the industry.

To promote the Lebanese gastronomy world wide.
Actions

Development and protection of investments in the restaurant business.

Definition of high quality standards, strict rules and regulations for food
safety and hygiene.

Organization of regular training session in management, food safety and general
hygiene.

Cooperation with universities and technical schools in developing up-to-date
academic and practical courses and training.
