Mission
  • To represent and protect the restaurants' community interests with all concerned governmental authorities.
  • To define tourism strategies with the Ministry of Tourism.
  • To provide restaurants with the necessary legal, financial, technical and administrative counselling.
  • To lobby for new and modern laws in the industry.
  • To promote the Lebanese gastronomy world wide.
Actions
  • Development and protection of investments in the restaurant business.
  • Definition of high quality standards, strict rules and regulations for food safety and hygiene.
  • Organization of regular training session in management, food safety and general hygiene.
  • Cooperation with universities and technical schools in developing up-to-date academic and practical courses and training.
